3.Vacuum box debugging:
After the vacuum degree debugging is completed, the following operations can be performed:
a. Turn on the power of the vacuum box. At this time, the power indicator should be on. temperature. The OUT lamp on the temperature controller should be on, indicating that the meter has entered the working state of heating.
b. Modify the set temperature
(1). Press the function key (SET) of the temperature controller; after the SP character is displayed in the PV box, you can use the key button to modify the set temperature. The same applies below).
(2). After the modification is completed, press the SET key again, the ST character will be displayed on the PV screen to set the timing time. If you don't use the timing function, let ST = 0
(3). Press the SET key again to make the PV screen display the temperature of the working room, and the SV screen display the new set temperature. The AT and HEAT lights of the meter are on. At this time, the meter enters the heating working state again.
c. When the temperature in the working room is close to the set temperature, the HEAT light is on and off, indicating that the heating has entered the PID adjustment stage. The meter sometimes measures the temperature above the set temperature, and sometimes it is lower than the set temperature. When the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, wait for about 1 hour, the working room enters a constant temperature state, and the item enters the drying stage.
d. When the required temperature is low, the secondary setting method can be adopted. For example, if the required operating temperature is 70 ° C, the first setting is 60 ° C. After the temperature overshoot starts to fall back, the second setting is 70 ° C. This can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot and enter a constant temperature state as soon as possible.
e. When the items are dried, turn off the power. If the temperature is accelerated, open the air release valve to make the vacuum 0, and wait for about 5 minutes before opening the box door.
4. If the humidity of the dry material in the work room is large, the generated water and gas will affect the performance of the vacuum pump. It is recommended that a "dryer / filter" be connected between the drying box and the vacuum pump. The company can equip a dryer with an external dimension of Φ120 × 300mm and an interface outer diameter of Φ16 as required.
5. If it is necessary to add inert gas such as nitrogen during the drying process, it should be specified in the contract and an additional air inlet valve should be added.
